Good grief, I've forgotten how to blog...
Anyway, for the three of you (that would be Mom, our friend from Sweden, and... okay, for the two of you) still watching, Chase is back in Chapel Hill!
Packed and ready to go. And I mean packed.
Leaving in the Fantasy Car (don't ask).
Unpacking. Um, yeah. Soooooo effective.
Sit. Stay. Good boy.
As far as I know, no tears were shed, but he was definitly told that we did not want to meet him in the ER in six weeks.
He's officially on the baseball team in some capacity my non sports mind refuses to recall, his gig at the Omaha College World Series earned him a job as a High school sports stringer for the Greensboro paper, and then there are all those pesky classes.
NO TIME TO GET SICK THIS FALL!

He is gone now from our house and into his own apartment. Not seeing him around this house will be sad. Chase and I grew very close over the past 10 months and I will miss him greatly. He loves where he is living and his roomates are some of the baseball players. This will be one of the best years of his life actually being on the baseball team and going to classes rather than online courses. He is in his element now and I wish him all the best. (but I will miss him)
I love you Chase, and hope you won't forget to call your mother. :-)
